Fresh food, lovingly and beautifully prepared is such a treat, often the simplest ingredients can be made into a fabulous meal with a little know-how and the addition of some fresh herbs or spices. Having spent over thirty years cooking basic 'good food' for my family I am now enjoying expanding my culinary repertoire and discovering new and exciting tastes - enormously encouraged by Aubrey's enthusiasm and ease in the kitchen.
